Wed, 04/06/2008 - 20:07 — Jocelyn ChappellI wrote some while ago of Guy Njike's asylum application which had been unfairly dealt with by the Home Office; how our immigration policy seems to operate without a single care in the whole world. The good news is that a judicial revue has found that his case was not handled properly by the Home Office, despite expectations to the contrary. Read more »
