Safer Children in a Byron World

I have scanned the executive summary to the Byron report, "Safer Children in a Digital World", requested by UK PM. It seems more objective than most if not all -- you could almost say a sudden outbreak of common sense.

To give you a flavour I quote:

"At a public swimming pool we have gates, put up signs, have lifeguards and shallow ends, but we also teach children how to swim."

Oh, so we don't drain the swimming pool of water, then?! Read more »
